These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AstraGuide website (https://astraguide.in) and mobile application (together, the "Services"), operated by Gametag Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

AstraGuide is an online astrology platform that lets you generate your Kundali (birth chart) from your birth details and consult AI-assisted astrologers for guidance on topics such as love, marriage, career, finance, health, and general life predictions. The Services are provided for guidance, informational, and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that the information you provide, including your birth details, is accurate and that you are using the Services for lawful, personal purposes.

3. Accounts and Login

Access requires registration using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Pay and Payment

Certain features, including astrologer chat consultations, are offered through paid subscription plans that grant access and a set number of questions for a fixed period. All fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), with applicable taxes displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, PhonePe. If you choose auto-pay, you authorise us, through PhonePe, to set up an e-mandate and automatically charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. We do not store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials.

You may cancel auto-pay at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at contact@astraguide.in before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services;
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or scrape content using automated tools;
• Impersonate any person or provide false information;
• Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, software, designs, logos, and the AstraGuide name — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the birth details and questions you submit and grant us permission to process them to provide the Services.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Astrology-based guidance and AI-generated answers are for informational and entertainment purposes only; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or any particular outcome. Any reliance you place on the Services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Where permitted, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Pune, Maharashtra, conducted in English before a single arbitrator.
