• Account information: your name and mobile number, verified using a one-time password (OTP).
• Birth details: your date, time, and place of birth, used to generate your Kundali and provide astrological guidance.
• Chat content: the questions you ask our AI-assisted astrologers.
• Payment information: for paid subscriptions, your payment is processed by our payment gateway, PhonePe. We do not store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials; we retain only transaction references such as order and payment IDs.
• Usage and device data: basic technical information such as device type, app version, and log data, used to keep the Services secure and working.

We do not collect an email address or password from users; login is by mobile number and OTP.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity;
• To generate your Kundali and deliver astrologer chat consultations;
• To process subscription payments and recurring "auto-pay" renewals through PhonePe;
• To provide support, respond to your requests, and send service-related notifications;
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services — such as our payment gateway (PhonePe), hosting, and AI/astrology processing providers — under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
